Sponsor the Ducks for the delight of creating bonds
Caring for our ducks is an important activity for our clients, they love to make sure they have food and water and that their home is nice and clean. Our clients take great pride in making sure they are all happy and healthy and in collecting their eggs.
Our ducks are a mixed flock of White and Khaki Campbells and Cayugas, a rare and beautiful breed.
Our ducks lay lovely big eggs which are collected, graded and dated by our clients ready for sale to our staff and visitors. The Cayugas are very good foragers and they are very useful for pest control in their duckery.
Our ducks live with us for many years and have a range of ages, the older ones amble around while the younger ducks are fun to watch as they follow each other around the duckery, quacking and waddling. They also love to swim and splash about in their special duckpond every day. Like our chickens the ducks have their own duck house which they are kept safely in at night.
