OrchardFest
OrchardFest was created by Orchard Trust in 2025, with the aim to create an accessible and inclusive music festival for people with disabilities. A safe and inclusive space for everyone to enjoy music and the full festival experience.
With the success of our first accessible music festival in 2025 and 2026, OrchardFest will be back in 2027, so make sure to check back on this page for updates!

OrchardFest Merchandise
Orders for OrchardFest merchandise have now closed, but we still have a few hoodies, T-shirts and bucket hats in various colours and sizes at reduced prices available. Please contact orchardfest@orchard-trust.org.uk to enquire.
OrchardFest Food
For OrchardFest 2026, we had the amazing local food and drink from Buster’s Burgers and the Jovial Colliers. If you are a food/drinks van and would like to pitch up at OrchardFest 2027, please contact orchardfest@orchard-trust.org.uk.

OrchardFest 2026 Entertainment
- Artspace had their Circus Rig set up showing aerial skills at OrchardFest 2026

Elanor Smith, a wonderful circus artiste was wandering the site with juggling, bubbles and stilts through the festival. She held circus skills workshops, and a spectacular circus finale show with LED light display!

We also had tractors around the festival site.
- We also had FREE face painting with glitter, henna tattoos and a magic mirror photo booth.
Fancy Dress Competition
OrchardFest 2026 also saw our first fancy dress competition! The lucky winner of the best ABBA, Status Quo, and band outfit received an OrchardFest T-shirt.
Bring your own chair
While we always have some seating available, including hay bales, please bring your own comfy chair for OrchardFest 2027.
Accessibility
We’re proud to make OrchardFest welcoming for everyone, with accessible paths, parking, a Changing Places facility, and a dedicated quiet space available on site.
Parking
We offer free on-site parking, with fully accessible parking spaces. We have parking wardens on the day to guide you to your parking space.
